During underwriter you will submit a loan application along with other necessary information and documentation depending on your specific loan request.
At this stage we verify and confirm the details and make sure your request meets the lending criteria.
We send the closing request to the closing attorney of your choice. Once they have all the documentation in place we schedule the day and time to close.
